  A special day at Timber Valley Retreat with a Girl Scout troop enjoying their hayless-hayride adventure. Above and Beyond for Our Girl Scout Troop at Timber Valley Retreat  ❤️ “Timber Valley Retreat is an absolute gem!” Those words from Tracy Batug brought big smiles to our faces. We recently had the pleasure of welcoming her Girl Scout troop to Timber Valley Retreat, and it sounds like the girls had just as much fun exploring Timber Valley as we did sharing it with them. The Enchanted Forest was a big hit, and the pond provided plenty of adventure. We’re still wondering if a croc or two is hiding out there somewhere! 😂🐊 Then came one of our favorite parts—the “hayless-hayride.” The Grosh family and our fur babies enjoyed taking the girls around the property, with a stop at the Billy-goat Farmstand along the way. 🌲 Group Cabin Getaway Maryland: Girl Scout Memories at Timber Valley Retreat A Group Cabin Getaway Maryland experience can be filled with the kind of simple moments that become lasting memories. Recently, a group of Girl Scouts spent time at Timber Valley Retreat and shared some wonderful photos from their stay with us. Their pictures captured more than activities — they showed friendship, laughter, exploration and time spent together in the outdoors. From exploring the woods and enjoying the water to sharing meals and meeting some of the animals around the farm, their days were filled with experiences to remember. One of the highlights was a Timber Valley Trailblazer wagon ride. Along the way, the group stopped at Billy Goat Farmstand for slushies and cake pops while supporting another local farm business.
