A Group Cabin Getaway Maryland experience can be filled with the kind of simple moments that become lasting memories.

Recently, a group of Girl Scouts spent time at Timber Valley Retreat and shared some wonderful photos from their stay with us. Their pictures captured more than activities — they showed friendship, laughter, exploration and time spent together in the outdoors.

From exploring the woods and enjoying the water to sharing meals and meeting some of the animals around the farm, their days were filled with experiences to remember.

One of the highlights was a Timber Valley Trailblazer wagon ride. Along the way, the group stopped at Billy Goat Farmstand for slushies and cake pops while supporting another local farm business. What made that visit even more special was that the girls wanted to stop at the farmstand again before leaving Timber Valley to support our local neighbors one more time.

We love seeing guests discover not only Timber Valley Retreat, but also the people, farms and small businesses that make our local community special.

Their stay is a wonderful reminder that a Maryland cabin getaway doesn't need to be complicated. Sometimes the best memories come from exploring together, sharing a meal, enjoying the water, meeting a friendly animal or simply laughing with friends.
